We offer our calibrated ovens for various metal sizes up to 12”x18”x41” FHP also offers vibratory stress relieving. FHP also works very closely with heat treat vendors to serve our customers needs. |

Wire EDM is achieved on our Chmer model CW640-HS. Its capacity is 23”x15” long with a 1000# weight capacity.

Our in house plating on carbon steel. FHP’s 18”x24”x18” tanks can handle small parts on a quick turn around basis. |

MIG, TIG, Bronze overlay and Stellite hard facing are achieved on new or supplied materials here at FHP. From simple maintenance repairs to complex weldments, we would like to help you. |

Our portable Non-destructive Niton XRF spectrum Analyzer uses x-ray fluorescents by our trained employees to check a wide variety of metals. A full printout is available if required. |
